Claims Technician at ERS
Location: Swansea
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days from home )

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer phone calls and correspondence in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
- Establish the circumstances of any loss and conduct appropriate indemnity/liability/fraud inquiries.
- Negotiate claim settlements efficiently and economically.
- Maintain accurate claim estimates, making adjustments as necessary.
- Use approved suppliers where appropriate.
- Apply all company policies and procedures to ensure service standards meet internal SLA and FCA/PRA requirements.
- Undertake other reasonable tasks as required by line management.
