Class 1 Driver - Rapier : Job Details

Rapier Employment are looking for Class 1 drivers to support our well-known client based in Didcot. Assessments available.** If you have held your Class 1 licence for 6 months and have experience, please reach out as we have assessments**Position: Class 1 DriverPay: £17.00 - £18.63 per hourHours: Start times vary, typically between 15:00-18:30Days: Available 5 out of 7 daysRole includes, and not limited to:

• Transport goods between different locations, ensuring efficient delivery schedules
• Safely operate a Class 1 vehicle for trunking operations, adhering to company policies
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicle and report any issues
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery details
• Communicate effectively with the transportation team and other drivers to coordinate trunking operations

• Class 1 licence with a minimum 6 months driving experience
• No more than 9 points on your licence
• Strong knowledge of road safety and excellent driving skills
• Available to work weekdays and weekends
• CPC card and digital tacho card
