Class 1 HGV driver

*at least 1 year road experience on Class 1 required*

24-7 Recruitment Services acting as an Employment Business are currently recruiting for HGV Driver - Class 1 on behalf of our client for a Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain, a major retailer based in Livingston (EH54 8AS).

We require HGV Drivers to work on an ongoing basis. Working out of their RDC you will be trunking goods to a client stores throughout the UK. We have a variety of working patterns to suit drivers and start times each day. Some handball is required on deliveries.

Class 1 HGV driver will require:

• Hold valid a Class 1 / C+E License; Class 2 / C License
• No more than 3 points (No DD's, DR's, TT's or IN's)
• Hold valid Tacho and CPC cards
• At least 1 years road experience on HGV required!

Class 1 HGV driver work will involve:

• Working for one of fastest growing business, our client offers new modern trucks and continuity of work
• Long term ongoing position
• Immediate start available

AVAILABLE SHIFT PATTERN:

• • Early Start times usually between 04:00am and 06:00am
  • Any 5 out of 7 including every 2nd Saturday or Sunday
  • Tuesday to Saturday
  • Sunday to Thursday
  • Days
  • Nights

Class 1 HGV drivers will receive:

PAYE rates

• Days £16.97 per hour
• Nights £18.15 per hour
• Days OT after 42.50hrs £22.57 per hour
• Nights OT after 42.50hrs £24.14 per hour
