About the Role:As a Class Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering a rich, engaging curriculum that meets the developmental needs of each child. You will work closely with our supportive team to create a welcoming, inclusive environment where every child feels valued. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement engaging and creative lessons in line with the EYFS/KS1 framework.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Support children's social and emotional development, fostering independence and positive behaviour.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to monitor and assess each child's progress.
• Implement best practices to meet the diverse needs of all learners.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status with a specialisation in Early Years or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience teaching in EYFS/KS1, with a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
• A warm and caring approach with a passion for working with young children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with parents and caregivers effectively.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and collaborative working.
