Cleaner, moving furniture and preparing rental - Landlord - residential flats : Job Details

To help prepare a rental flat and garden for new tenants so it is clean and tidy

To lift and move furniture including heavy items

To clean floors, walls and furniture

To do basic garden tidying and weeding, cutting.

To do decorating and painting

Optional - To do handy-person jobs such as putting up a shelf and some knowledge of general maintenance would be helpful but is not essential

Aptitudes

Ability to listen and work under Instructions

Ability to do physically demanding work

Ability to clean

Previous experience of cleaning, gardening or moving furniture is desirable

SHORT DURATION CONTRACT 4 hours for first probationary day then if succesful contract for 7 weeks ( at 4 hours a week)

SELF EMPLOYMENT - Proof of right to work.
