As part of our growth plans for 2025, which will see the opening of the first phase of our brand new terminal, we are looking to recruit a Cleaning Manager to help lead and develop a critical team within the airport.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of supervisors and cleaners to deliver top-tier service.
• Manage budgets and drive cost efficiencies without compromising quality.
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance across all cleaning operations.
• Champion customer service by ensuring a seamless, safe, and pleasant experience for all passengers.
• Drive change, continually improving processes to increase team efficiency and satisfaction.
• Manage emergency orders and act as a first aider when required.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
