Cleaning Manager - Catch 22 : Job Details

Catch 22 are working with a large scale logistics employer who are are seeking an experienced Cleaning Manager to lead a team in delivering high cleaning standards across a large commercial estate on the outskirts of Leeds. You will drive efficiency, manage budgets, and ensure compliance while enhancing the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of supervisors and frontline staff
• Ensure health & safety, compliance, and regulatory adherence
• Manage budgets and drive cost efficiencies
• Improve processes and working methods
• Deliver excellent customer service and team performance

Ideal Applicant:

• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Proactive, hands-on approach with a 'can-do' attitude
• Health & Safety knowledge and reporting of COSHH and RIDDOR incidents
• Experience in customer service and commercial awareness
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and IT skills
• Able to undertake a high security background check
• Flexible with working shifts, including nights, evenings and weekends.
• Access to own vehicle preferred due to rural location

This role is paying a salary of £40,000 on a permanent, full time basis.
