Night Cleaning Manager - Luxurious 5-Star Hotel | Watford

Quest Employment is currently recruiting for a Night Cleaning Manager to join a prestigious 5-star hotel in Watford. This stunning hotel features 215 bedrooms (including 26 mansion rooms and 12 suites), 30 meeting rooms, a luxury spa, and a championship golf course.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the night cleaning team
• Recruit, train, and develop team members
• Ensure all cleaning procedures are correctly implemented
• Maintain exceptional cleanliness standards throughout the hotel
• Oversee the use of PPE, cleaning equipment, materials, and chemicals in line with COSHH guidelines
• Ensure a strong attention to detail and passion for high standards

Role Details:

• Full-time, permanent position
• 40 hours per week (night shifts only)
