Cleaning Supervisor - Randstad Construction & Property : Job Details

Job Title: Cleaning SupervisorPay: £16 per hourMonday-Friday

Shifts: 07:30-15:30

Middleton / Rochdale

Main Duties include:

• Supervising staff: Overseeing the cleaning team, ensuring they perform their jobs effectively and to the required standard
• Maintaining standards: Ensuring the building is clean and hygienic, and that health and safety standards are met
• Planning and scheduling: Creating work schedules for cleaners, and ensuring all areas are covered
• Ordering supplies: Ensuring the cleaning team has the necessary materials and equipment
• Training and developing staff: Identifying training needs, inducting new staff, and providing performance appraisals
• Monitoring and reporting: Checking the quality of work, reporting any issues, and notifying managers of repairs or maintenance
• Administrative tasks: Handling employee absences, managing timesheets, and ensuring staff sign on and off correctly
