Cleansing Weekend Supervisor Location: Various high-profile parks in London, UK Contract type: Permanent Working hours: 40 hours per week (Friday to Monday) or 20-26 hours per week (Saturday & Sunday) Salary: £16 per hourAbout the role Are you an experienced Team Leader with a background in grounds maintenance and cleansing activities? We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Weekend Supervisor to join our team, to be responsible for supervising the delivery of high-specification cleansing activities across each weekend (Friday-Monday) for high-profile parks in London. The Weekend Supervisor is responsible for the management of seasonal & permanent Grounds Maintenance and Cleansing teams and will also be expected to participate in the Cleansing duties such as Dustcart/Sweeper driving, litter picking & the overall maintenance of the parks to make sure they are presentable and a comfortable, clean and enjoyable environment for visitors, staff and members of the public. This role will also involve liaising directly with the high-profile client, working with the Management team as well as independently, scheduling works and reacting to ad-hoc requests from the client, implementing HR and Health & Safety and other internal and external compliance procedures and practises.  Requirements • Proven experience in team leading or supervising complex grounds maintenance & cleansing activities. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients and stakeholders • Knowledge of Health & Safety practices and the correct use of PPE. • Dustcart/Sweeper experience an advantage but training can be provided. • Full clean B1 Driving License.
