We are expanding our sales team and are looking for dynamic individuals to join us as Client Acquisition Specialists.

Job Overview:As a Client Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by generating high-quality leads and providing key opportunities for our senior brokers. This role is fast-paced and highly rewarding, ideal for individuals who thrive in a target-driven environment. If you are a driven and enthusiastic looking to enter the sales world of the UK commercial insurance industry, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:• Lead Generation: Proactively identify and contact potential commercial insurance clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and other outbound sales strategies.• Data Management: Efficiently work with lead data to maintain accurate records of prospects, ensuring all relevant information is up to date in our CRM system.• Opportunity Identification: Identify and qualify quote opportunities and renewal dates to feed into the senior broker pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of potential clients.• Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and effectively communicating the value of our insurance solutions.• Collaboration: Work closely with the Telesales team and senior brokers to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads and support overall sales objectives.• Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed individual and team targets, consistently driving high performance in a competitive environment

Qualifications:•Experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role, preferably within the insurance industry. (Not Essential)•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients. (Essential)•Highly motivated and target-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. (Essential)•Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage lead data and maintain accurate records. (Essential)•Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools to track and manage leads. (Not Essential)•Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a collaborative approach to achieving sales targets. (Essential)•Knowledge of commercial insurance products and market trends is a plus.
