Your new companyYou will be working for a specialist property and construction consultancy that offers a wide range of services across a variety of sectors including retail, residential and commercial. They are now on the lookout for an experienced Clerk Of Works to assist on a recent £100m+ development in Luton. Your new roleAs a Clerk Of Works, you will be:

• Inspecting construction work.
• Comparing construction work with plans.
• Checking building material quality.
• Identifying building defects.
• Monitoring progress on site.
• Maintaining project records.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience with NEC Supervision services (Preferred)
• ICWCI membership. (Preferred)
• Experience working on big budget projects.
