Client Account ManagerLocation: CardiffStarting Salary: £35,000 + Quarterly BonusMy Client are a medium-sized and rapidly growing firm of Chartered Certified Accountants seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Account Manager to join their dynamic team.

As a Client Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing the high-profile client base while ensuring exceptional service delivery. This is a client-facing position, perfect for a professional who is passionate about building strong relationships and delivering high-quality results.

• Preparation of financial statements.
• Managing and supporting a portfolio of high-profile clients.
• Conducting general taxation work and providing business advisory services.
• Preparing client financial and management accounts.
• Developing client relationships and supporting business development initiatives.
• Mentoring and guiding junior staff members.
• Onboarding new clients and ensuring a seamless transition.

The ideal candidate will be qualified, part-qualified (PQ), or qualified by experience (QBE) with at least five years’ experience in a similar role. You’ll also have:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strong ability to work to deadlines and multitask.
• A solid working knowledge of MS Office and Xero.
• Familiarity with software such as TaxCalc and QuickBooks (desirable but not essential).
• A proactive attitude and passion for contributing to a professional yet light-hearted working environment.
