Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Client Manager. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in accountancy practice, with a blend of compliance and client advisory experience. This role requires a proactive individual who excels in client relationship management and practice management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Provide expert compliance and advisory services to clients.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Oversee practice management tasks, including workflow management and team coordination.
• Identify opportunities for business development and growth within the client base.
• Ensure all client work is completed accurately and on time, adhering to relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in an accountancy practice.
• Proven experience in compliance and client advisory roles.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Excellent practice management capabilities.
• Professional qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA) are highly desirable
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
