Client Accountant - Page Personnel Finance : Job Details

This role is for a Client Accountant who will be working in the Accounting & Finance department of a reputable Property management company based in London. The successful candidate will demonstrate a keen eye for detail, previous experience within a similar firm, experience within system QUBE, and a proven ability to work as part of a team.

Description

• Training staff on QUBE
• Inputting receipts on QUBE
• Preparation of monthly Bank Reconciliation
• Preparation of annual service charge year end accounts
• Invoice processing
• Assist with the service charge
• Handling client queries
• Quarterly Ground Rent statements
• Supplier statement reconciliations

Profile

• Block management and multi-use experience
• Commercial property experience
• Relevant Accounting an Finance Degree
• 3-5 years of accounts experience within the property industry
• Experience with QUBE
• A proactive and positive attitude towards work
