Client Accountant - Dove & Hawk : Job Details

Client Accountant - Knightsbridge - £30,000 to £35,000 DOEMy client, a global leader in luxury residential real estate, are currently seeking an Client Accountant to join their office in Knightsbridge.Headquartered in Central London with additional offices branching across Dubai and Singapore, my client specialise in premium residential property and capital market investments. This is fantastic opportunity to join a successful firm undergoing rapid expansion, with clear opportunities for progression.With experience in residential property, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 1.5 years' client accounts experience , you will work in a team to handle the client accounts and administration along with this for the portfolio.Duties:

• Record and reconcile rent payments accurately and timely
• Ensure records are maintained and up to date
• Prepare cheques for payment
• Handle landlord statements
• Process payments ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Respond to client accounts queries
• Supporting the client accounts administration
• Assist with monthly Accounts Payable analysis report and accounts' ledgers
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
• Working closely with the property management team

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 1.5 years' experience in a Residential Client Accounts
• Ability to manage and prioritise workloads
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to communicate effectively between teams and liaise with Singapore team
