Role Overview

The Client Accountant has ultimate responsibility for all cash held within their assigned portfolio, including rents, service charges, sinking funds, deposits, VAT, and other financial transactions.Savills primarily uses MRI for client information, but this role may require working on one or more of our clients’ own Property Management Systems.

Team Overview

The team consists of five members: one Associate, two Client Accountants, and two Apprentices.We are a close-knit team; working collaboratively to support each other and ensure we meet our clients’ expectations.

This role does not meet the salary criteria for skilled worker visa sponsorship(click link to check exemptions).
