Duties as a Client Accounts Clerk:
- Managing accounts
- Overseeing invoices and approving payments
- Using various software and company systems
- Dealing with VAT returns
- Devising and checking monthly management reports
- Performing bank reconciliations
- Inputting data and ledgers
- Diary management and credit control
- Solving problems, handling queries and liaising with others
- General ad-hoc duties relevant to the post
What we are looking for:
- Holding or working towards relevant Accountancy qualifications
- Experience managing different accounts
- Excellent numeracy and accuracy skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience of accountancy software
- A professional and positive attitude
- The ability to manage your own workload
- Strong communication skills on all levels
To be successful as a Client Accounts Clerk you will be able to work to certain time-frames and remain calm under pressure. In return the successful candidate will receive a salary between to £25,000-£28,000, plus an excellent company benefit package, working Monday to Friday. APPLY TODAY!
