Job Description :

As a Client Accounts Manager, you are responsible for managing the financial accounts for the landlords and tenants of a portfolio of properties. From the initial landlords’ terms, to processing new deals and receiving and paying invoices you provide a trusted service to our clients.

Location: North Acton

Salary: £25,000-£28,000 subject to experience

Key Responsibilities- Process tenant rent payments to landlords and deal with payment issues or queries from landlords or tenants.- Process contractor payments.- Deal with account queries from landlords, tenants, and contractors.- Receive invoices and block management communication and sort and scan as necessary.- Preparing invoices as required.- Reconciliation of Clients Accounts.- Processing and paying tenants deposit refunds.- Producing landlord and tenant statements as required.- Chasing of rent, starting rent insurance claims, and managing legal evictions.- Managing the utilities for the properties and paying bills due in the landlord’s name for vacant periods.- Recharging communal utility bills to the tenants.- Processing landlords’ terms and conditions and ensuring landlords are correctly set up.- Ensuring landlords non-resident landlord status is correctly listed.- Assist internal departments with client account queries.- Bank Reconciliation.

Skills- Knowledge of IT systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.- Knowledge of the property industry an advantage.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Trustworthy and genuine persona.- Able to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment.- Excellent communicator, verbally, written, and face to face, with a smart, cheerful, and professional appearance.- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise work.

Salary : 25000 - 28000
