CLIENT ADVISOR - LUXURY FRAGRANCE BRAND

About:

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales KPIs focused on sales performance, average transaction value (ATV), units per transaction (UPT), conversion rates, and customer relationship management (CRM).
• Deliver exceptional customer service, consistently meeting company standards.
• Assist with daily operations, collaborating with colleagues to maintain an impeccable sales floor, stockroom, and visual merchandising.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a premium or luxury retail environment.
• Assertive, dynamic, and positive attitude with a "can do" mindset.
• Fluency in French; professional English is preferred.
• Full-time and permanent contract.

Offering:

• Salary up to €34,000, depending on experience and seniority.
• Commission scheme + benefits.
