About Our Opportunity

As a Client Care Co-ordinator, you will be working as part of a large team who are highly supportive and effective at helping our clients. You will be responsible for answering client queries over the phone, managing your own portfolio of cases where you will provide pro-active administrative support and be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to maintain regular contact with our clients, customers and therapists.

What we are looking for

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience working in a customer service, or customer facing environment with the ability to support our clients on the phone.
  • Competent at managing administration tasks specifically within Microsoft software suite.
  • Willing to travel to our Head office 3 days a week
