Client Event Executive - Global Law Firm - Ryder Reid Legal Ltd : Job Details

Ryder Reid Legal is recruiting for a Client Event Executive to join one of our prestigious, global law firm clients on a permanent basis at their London office. This role involves planning, negotiating, executing, and following through on external firm and client events. The position also provides event guidance to firm marketing teams in Paris and Germany. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Events, you will own the tactical details and execution of client-facing events.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with marketing and business development leads to create unique client entertainment opportunities.
• Contribute to the creation and execution of events showcasing the firm's legal and industry capabilities.
• Manage the London office's sport and event tickets, including Wimbledon, Lords, and the Chelsea Flower Show.
• Source, negotiate, and maintain relationships with suppliers, restaurants, and venues.
• Manage event-related quick reference guides.
• Liaise with Client Development and CRM Teams on list management using InterAction database.
• Advance systems, processes, and efficiencies for the events function.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional EQ and professional interpersonal skills.
• Strong written communication and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and travel as needed.
• Undergraduate degree and 5+ years of experience in professional services, preferably legal.
