Our Client are a large global banking offering a range of banking products into the SME market

Purpose of the role

The Client Executive is a Client Facing role that ensures a professional standard of customer service is delivered to our Clients at all times, while also ensuring that risk, internal monitoring and funding of the Client portfolio is maintained in line with the business policies.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

  • To maintain an effective liaison with all Business line and support functions to ensure that our Clients’ needs and requirements are met.
  • To monitor and report on exceptional events and items in the day to day operation of a Client.
  • To deliver on the objectives as set out within the department Key Performance Indicators
  • To support the operational setup of all existing and prospective Clients including Aquarius functionality, trust account management, debtor management and online accesses
  • To manage the processing of Client collateral data in line with the Receivables and other asset financing policies and procedures.
  • Maintenance and verification of audit trails for day to day transactions as required by internal policy, including Know Your Transaction ('KYT’) requirements.
  • Appropriate filing of all Reconciliations and supporting information.
  • Follow up on any outstanding Client issues in an appropriate timeframe.
  • To support the Client Relationship Managers in the effective management of prospective and existing Client relationships.

Occasional activities

  • Involvement in new and ongoing internal projects as required.
  • To attend Client visits as may be required.
  • Any other duties as may be required from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS OF ROLE

· Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

· Ability to meet reporting deadlines as required by the Bank’s policy.

· Excellent organisation skills.

· Excellent interpersonal skills.

· Excellent analytical skills.

· Willingness to travel as may be required by the company.

· Willingness to seek and attend additional training as required.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

· 2+ years of working within a fast paced environment

· Excellent Word, Powerpoint and Excel skills.

· Valid passport for travel.

Salary : 25000 - 40000
