Client Manager (Accountancy Practice)
REED Accountancy & Finance are recruiting for a well established practice based near Dorchester. This is a growing practice with 7 partners and a supportive team. Our client has an excellent reputation in the area working with local owner managed firms and SMEs to larger corporate businesses, self employed and high net worth individuals.

- Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 based on experience
Day-to-day of the role:

Client Manager will be responsible for managing and supporting a designated portfolio of clients.

The Client Manager will also undertake a range of accounting duties on a daily basis, whilst maintaining regular, open and clear communication lines with their assigned clients
- Reviewing day to day bookkeeping
- Account preparation
- Providing insight and analysis to clients
- Managing TAX / VAT returns
- Support and advise client queries
- Preparation of management accounts
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- ACA or ACCA qualification with significant post-qualification experience in a practice environment.
- A varied background with strong technical skills in accounting and tax compliance.
- Proven ability to work confidently and effectively with a varied client portfolio.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience in staff supervision and mentorship.
- Strong business acumen with a track record in business development and networking.
