Role Responsibilities

• Managing a varied client portfolio, including limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships
• Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts, tax returns, and management accounts
• Leading client meetings, providing clear advice, and ensuring compliance with deadlines
• Supervising junior staff, reviewing their work, and offering guidance to ensure high standards
• Identifying and implementing tax planning strategies, and spotting opportunities for additional services
• Liaising with internal departments to coordinate services and ensure seamless client delivery

Candidate Requirements

• ACA or ACCA qualified with at least 3 years’ post-qualification experience
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• A proven track record in managing a portfolio of clients and delivering high-quality services
• Experience in managing and mentoring junior team members
• Proficiency with accounting software like Xero, QuickBooks, or similar
