Job Purpose

• Managing a portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality accounting, tax, and business advisory services
• Providing strategic advice to clients and identifying opportunities to enhance their financial success
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as their main point of contact
• Supervising and mentoring junior staff, reviewing their work, and supporting their development
• Working closely with partners to ensure seamless service delivery and support business growth
• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting and tax regulations

Candidate Requirements

• ACA/ACCA qualified with strong experience in a UK accountancy practice
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of clients and deliver excellent service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members
• Strong knowledge of accounting and tax regulations
• Commercially aware with a focus on client growth and satisfaction
