Job Purpose

• Managing a portfolio of clients across various industries, delivering expert advice and building strong relationships
• Preparing financial statements, tax returns, and accounts for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders
• Providing strategic tax and business advice to clients, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Supporting junior team members, reviewing their work, and providing mentorship
• Working closely with the firm’s partners to identify opportunities for business development
• Ensuring client deadlines are met and services are delivered to the highest standard
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, resolving queries and providing ongoing support

Candidate Requirements

• ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent with significant experience in UK practice
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of clients and deliver excellent service
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with a client-focused approach
• Ability to mentor and develop junior staff, providing guidance and feedback
• Up-to-date knowledge of UK tax and accounting regulations
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality output
