• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing their questions and concerns.
• Oversee the year-end accounts process, preparing for pre-year-end meetings and finalizing accounts.
• Provide business owners with meaningful insights and information.
• Engage in exciting project work that makes a difference for our clients.
• Advise business owners on strategies to enhance their businesses.
• Expand your portfolio by onboarding new clients.

What you need to apply:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within an accountancy practice.
• ACA/ACCA qualification or is working towards it (or qualified by experience).
• A passion for client service, with the ability to build trust quickly.
• Experience working with small business owners.
• Excellent organization skills and the ability to manage a diverse workload.
• A desire to make a meaningful impact.
• Knowledge of Xero (desirable).
• A positive attitude and a love for teamwork.
