- Statutory Accounts Preparation: Oversee the preparation of statutory accounts, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Month-End and Year-End Close: Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and precise financial reporting.
- Strategic Financial Guidance: Offer strategic financial advice to clients, delivering insights that support their decision-making processes.
- Process Optimisation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure adherence to tax laws and regulations.
- Mentorship: Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
Qualifications:
- ACCA or ACA Qualified/Near Qualified: Demonstrate your professional qualifications.
- Experience: Proven track record in an accounting firm.
- Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
- Software Proficiency: Skilled in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with QuickBooks and/or Xero is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
