Client Manager - Michael Page Finance : Job Details

As a Client Manager, you will be getting involved in a variety of different aspects of the practice. This includes managing your own diverse portfolio of roughly £150-250k worth of fee's. There is also the opportunity to work as an outsourced Finance Director with your clients to develop their entrepreneurial growth.

My client is based in Chester with free parking and closely situated in the centre - ideal from many locations. Description

The key responsibilities of the Client Manager include:

- Managing and developing your own portfolio of clients where you will take ownership of the client relationships

- Preparing and reviewing year end accounts for sole traders, partnerships, limited companies and charities.

- Management accounts and assisting clients with the analysis.

- Building relationships with clients and offering an outsourced FD role.

- Potential to get involved in Tax planning if necessary.

- Assisting with junior members of staff.

- Consultancy work on an ad-hoc basis including exit strategies.

Profile

Ideally qualified - either ACA/ACCA. Opportunity for further qualification

Proven experience in general Accountancy Practice as a Client Manager

Technical ability of managing a portfolio

Ability to work autonomously and develop your own career.

Interpersonal and time management skills

Ideally software knowledge of Sage, Xero and Quickbooks
