Job Title:Client Operations & Account Manager

Location:Office Based in Elstree Hybrid (Flexible post-training based on candidate preferences)

Salary & Benefits:

  • Starting from £26,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • 40hrs/wk (willing to accommodate flexible working times for the ideal candidate, ensuring a work-life balance that suits both parties)
  • Immediate start

Role Overview:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Operations & Account Manager to manage and grow long-term relationships with both new and existing clients. Our diverse clientele includes property managers and multi-location businesses requiring 24-hour maintenance services. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks to ensure seamless job completion from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to client emails
  • Log maintenance requests and assign tasks to service engineers
  • Oversee invoicing and job tracking through our live system
  • Address customer complaints and feedback promptly
  • Monitor and drive sales revenue performance
  • Meet monthly sales targets
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to strengthen client relationships
  • Foster and maintain strong professional connections with clients

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven success in a proactive sales role
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Prior experience in account management and/or maintenance is highly desirable
