Description
The Client Operations Associate's responsibilities include:
Maintaining and updating client and transaction data within internal systems
Generating and distributing reports to clients
Onboarding new clients and inputting trades accurately
Processing investment deals and assisting with settlement procedures
Managing client payments and performing bank reconciliations
Resolving email and telephone enquiries within defined service standards
Supporting ad-hoc tasks and contributing to ongoing improvement initiatives
Profile
The ideal Client Operations Associate candidate will be diligent, quick to learn, and enthusiastic about developing within a dynamic, demanding work environment. Experience in an operational role, ideally in asset management, is preferred, though not essential.
