Client Portfolio Manager - Simply Commerce Recruitment Ltd : Job Details

My client, a well renowned digital agency are looking for a Client Portfolio Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. They work with some of the worlds most innovative brands on end to end customer experiences.

As Client Portfolio Manager you will be responsible for building strong client relationships ensuring customer satisfaction through successful delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for budget, scope and project schedule.
• Maintain project health while managing multiple delivery streams.
• Lead cross functional teams across solutions, marketing and delivery.
• Be responsible for identifying upsell and cross sell opportunities.
• Develop tailored growth plans for clients.

Experience:

• Experience working in both a delivery/account management role for 5 years.
• Experience working with Adobe Commerce or AEM and ideally Salesforce.
• Extensive eCommerce platform knowledge.
• Proven experience generating revenue and expanding accounts.
