The Client Relationship Manager Role:As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for multiple clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You'll lead regular strategy sessions, ensure service satisfaction, and identify opportunities for upselling and improving client partnerships. Working closely with technical teams, you'll bridge the gap between customer requirements and service delivery. Knowledge of IT services like Microsoft 365 and IT infrastructure is advantageous.
