A growing property company with 12 commercial buildings across Central London is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to look after their existing clients across their property portfolio.
With plans to increase the portfolio in the next 12 months this is a great time to join the business and be part of an exciting period of growth.
Based in their gorgeous head office in Holburn and working closely with senior management, you will be responsible for working as an Account Manager, building strong and close working relationships with all commercial tenants understanding their business needs and acting as the face of the company.
The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for all tenant / client-related matters, from onboarding to resolving issues throughout their stay.
- Developing a deep understanding of clients' business needs, preferences, and goals.
- Conducting regular check-ins and satisfaction surveys to ensure clients are satisfied with their experience.
- Proactively address and resolve client issues or concerns.
- Ensure the overall client experience is aligned with the company’s standards for excellence.
- Work closely with the operations and facilities team to ensure any client requirements or issues related to office space, maintenance, or facilities are handled efficiently.
- Negotiating renewals and office moves within the portfolio, representing the company in viewings.
- Building relationships with Brokers / Estate agents, updating on availability and negotiating terms of office space.
The successful Client Relationship Manager will:
- Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales or as an Account Manager / Portfolio Manager / Business Development Manager within the serviced office / workspace / commercial real estate property sector - this role could also suit a Sales Negotiator or Lettings Negotiator looking to move into commercial property and away from residential Estate Agency.
- Have proven experience in client retention and relationship building.
- Be able to understand client needs and provide solutions to meet them.
- Have strong verbal and written communication to build rapport and resolve issues.
- Be able to troubleshoot and resolve client concerns quickly and efficiently.
