Join as the first Client Relationship Manager! A brand new, strategic role working to drive client engagement, satisfaction, retention and growth.
As the client key contact for c.25 accounts, you’ll ensure they are seeing value from the partnership by working closely with the delivery team to ensure success.
Look at performance data, pipeline, market benchmarking and build a case that will not only retain the client, but increase their investment in the service. You might also get a little hands on, review calls, assess data and gauge if anything can be optimised to drive success.
