£35,000-£40,000 + 12.5% annual bonus

Do you have exceptional relationship building skills? Are you passionate about delivering a world class service? We're looking for a personable and organised individual to join our Service delivery team as a Client relationship partner!

In this client facing role you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of our acute insourcing contracts with the NHS, ensuring their services are well led, safe, effective, and performing for our customers. You will collaborate with clinicians, senior managers and both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth and effective running of the service, which is pivotal in ensuring that the contracted quality, operational and commercial KPIs are being delivered for each contract, to the benefit of our patients and our client relationships.

Working with over 80 NHS trusts, our clinical care team delivers a range of clinical services in hospitals, the community or virtually. Our services include diagnostic, acute and virtual services – all of which are designed and delivered by senior NHS consultants and operational staff who ensure that national clinical guidelines and operational best practice guidance are met.

Everyday you will...

  • Take a highly collaborative approach to service integration while ensuring strong relationships are forged with trust management teams and senior clinical leads throughout the duration of the contract
  • Ensure each service has the correct mix of clinical staff and is in line with the clients required staffing template for cost effective and safe delivery of service
  • Work with the clinical governance team to ensure that all clinical and service audits are completed and reported as necessary, encouraging refection, discussion and identification of any learning outcomes
  • Monitor and report on the financial performance of each contract and ensuring staffing costs are within or below budget
  • Utilise the knowledge from our clinical teams to identify potential business development opportunities
