Job: Client Service Delivery

Location: Staines, Surrey

Salary: £28,000 per annum

Role Purpose: Deliver high-quality support and training to clients, develop user guides and training modules, ensure a positive onboarding experience, facilitate meetings, maintain processes, collaborate with colleague and identify product enhancements

Key Accountabilities:

  • Deliver high-quality support and training to clients.
  • Provide training on pre-defined content and assist clients with online registration forms.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive user guides for current and upcoming systems.
  • Create and update training modules as needed.
  • Conduct internal and client training sessions on both current and upcoming systems.
  • Ensure a positive onboarding experience for new clients.
  • Configure and customize systems for clients with attention to detail.
  • Plan and facilitate internal and external meetings.
  • Maintain robust processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet client needs.
  • Identify opportunities for product enhancements and developments.
  • Act as an ambassador for the company.
  • Perform any other duties required by the business.

Person Specifications:

Qualifications:

  • Minimum education: 5 GCSEs (including English and Maths) or equivalent vocational qualification.

Experience:

  • Experience in updating and creating onboarding material.
  • 3+ years of customer service experience.

Professional and Personal Skills:

  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate cross-functionally at all levels.
  • Highly organized with good planning skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and multitask under pressure.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
