The Company

A leading financial services organisation who have been established for decades. They are seeking a dedicated Client Servicing Assistant to support their team of financial advisers in meeting their FCA regulatory obligations and ensuring exceptional ongoing client service. This role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in financial services, who possesses strong organisational skills and a professional demeanor.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Work closely with three financial advisers to ensure compliance with FCA regulatory obligations and client commitments.
  • Attend client meetings to assist with information gathering and clarification of existing information, enabling the delivery of advice and recommendations.
  • Ensure client files are up-to-date and complete, addressing any missing information or details.
  • Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions.
  • Update Factfinds and manage information in the IO (back office) system, including tasks and notes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience or knowledge of IFA/Financial Services products is preferable.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in dealing with diverse clients and scenarios.
