Client Service Administrator

Day-to-day of the role:
- Handle high volumes of inbound calls and emails, ensuring effective communication with surveyors, brokers, and corporate clients.
- Allocate new instructions using a bespoke valuation system and chase progress to maintain strict service levels.
- Provide free quotes and manage general administrative and office duties, addressing any arising issues promptly.
- Utilise excellent verbal and written communication skills daily in client interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A confident and professional attitude, friendly and proactive.
- High computer literacy with the ability to swiftly learn and navigate different software platforms.
- At least two years’ experience in a fast-paced office environment.
- A strong team player who is not afraid to get stuck in and contribute to the success of the business.
