Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, we're looking for someone with a proven track record in customer care who is methodical, highly organised and results driven.

Your responsibilities will include:

Client Liaison:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining consistent and professional communication.
  • Understand client needs and ensure these are effectively communicated to relevant internal teams.
  • Proactively update clients on the progress of their orders, general queries and test results.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage schedules, correspondence, and documentation for client-related activities.
  • Organise meetings, calls, ensuring all details are handled flawlessly.
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems and ensure data confidentiality.
  • Prepare reports, and summaries for internal and client use.

Project and Task Coordination:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services or products.
  • Track deadlines and milestones, providing updates to clients and teams as needed.
  • Coordinate logistics for bespoke and international clients.
