Expectations within the role:

• Stay in contact with new and existing clients
• Assess the potential client's situation and requirements, aiming to convert as many leads as possible into valuations
• Schedule valuations from converted leads while keeping all branch managers informed
• Provide excellent customer service to all clients and leads, helping to strengthen the reputation of our team.
• Reach out to individual property developers and landlords through database searches and referrals, exploring potential collaboration opportunities.

Some of the benefits on offer:

• Circa £30,000 Basic Salary
• £45,000 - £50,000 OTE
• Hybrid working and no weekend working
• Capacity to work across whole PCL market
• Monthly, quarterly and yearly incentives
