In this engaging position, you'll play a central role in keeping operations seamless, providing critical support to a team of associates, and ensuring every detail aligns for success.

What You'll Do:

  • Support Associates & Practitioners: Handle diary management, travel arrangements, visa applications, vaccinations, testing requirements, and itineraries to keep everything on track.
  • Optimise Time & Resources: Continuously review and adjust schedules for maximum efficiency.
  • Client Relations: Serve as the liaison for all deliverables, managing client account calls, reviewing pipeline data, and helping convert sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate Programs & Events: Book sessions for coaching and workshops, submit monthly expense reports, and host community events.
  • General Support: Take on ad-hoc administrative tasks, telephone and office coverage, and keep opportunity data pristine.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Confident, proactive, and experienced in supporting senior managers.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, problem-solve on the fly, and prioritise tasks.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passionate about personal and professional development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years in a PA/project management role.
  • Proven project coordination experience and strong travel arranging skills.
  • Proficient in Office 365, Outlook, SharePoint, and MS tools like Planner and Forms.
  • Familiar with Zoom, Teams, and other conferencing platforms.
  • Digitally savvy and technically proficient, especially in Word and Excel.
