A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly personable and organised Client Services Manager to join a luxury healthcare clinic based in the heart of the West End. This is a client-facing role where you will be the key point of contact for the clinic’s high-net-worth and high – profile clientele, ensuring a seamless and first-class experience from start to finish. You will be part of a warm, dedicated, and professional team who are truly passionate about what they do. This role is fully office-based, working Monday to Friday, and offers a salary of up to £35,000, depending on experience.Who You Are
  • Exceptionally organised and adaptable, with a proactive mindset
  • Ideally experienced in working with HNW/UHNW clients (within healthcare, hospitality or luxury services would be a plus)
  • An outstanding communicator – both written and verbal
  • Calm under pressure and confident juggling multiple clients at once
  • Friendly, polished, and professional in your approach
What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all clients assigned to you
  • Communicate with clients via email and phone, ensuring timely and tailored responses
  • Coordinate and manage client health assessment days
  • Welcome and host clients in-person on the day of their visit
  • Enter and maintain accurate client records in the practice database
  • Oversee invoicing processes and liaise with the finance department as required
