Harnham is working with a market research consultancy to find a New Business Development Manager to sell their product and subscription service to new clients.

The client is a research agency with a market-leading self-serve digital research technology platform. This platform offers digital research tools such as survey programming, insight communities, online qual, project management, reporting & analysis, and text analytics. They have a vast client base that spans a range of industries, and the the job here is to keep that client base growing.
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and leading client relationships to ensure renewal of subscriptions, credit usage and upselling, and achieving growth targets
- Delivering on KPIs for accounts in your portfolio to ensure targets are met
- Reviewing meetings, creating roadmaps, and strategy reviews
- Setting up and leading on account review meetings to identify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities to enable portfolio growth
- Collaborating with the Product Services Team, Research Team, and IT Team to improve the platform feature set and user experience to optimize retention
- Being supportive of the development of the platform within the company, bringing new ideas from knowledge of the marketplace.
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will;
- Have a minimum of 5 years experience working in client development, account management, or sales within the research technology, SaaS, or insights industry
- Have an entrepreneurial spirit and a drive for sales
- Hava a deep understanding of research software and/or audience businesses, with knowledge of both the subscription and renewal models
- Be a relationship builder with strong communication skills, excelling in influencing senior stakeholders
- Prove new business development experience, taking a new relationship from delivery outreach, closing the business and developing the relationships
- Be passionate about driving results with a customer-centric approach
