Client Services Representative
OA are recruiting for a Client Services Representative to join our client’s Landlord Action Team.
OA are seeking a sales-focused individual with lettings experience to act as the first point of contact for incoming eviction enquiries via email/calls and converting to instructions, following up on leads, and chasing for payments. They will also work closely with the Practice Manager assisting with reporting, department, and monitoring instructions.
Location: Borehamwood
Hours: Full-time, 9am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. Hybrid and remote working available.
Salary: Up to £38,000 – depending on experience

Client Services Representative- Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as the first point of contact for the Landlord Action Team, converting all prospective clients from enquiry (online instruction form, web, and telephone) to instruction, assisted by the Assistant Client Co-Ordinator and paralegals where necessary
- Responding to all prospective client leads by operating a customer call back process
- Open new client enquiries as prospective clients in the company case management software
- Contacting clients if paperwork is missing and taking payments where necessary
- Managing incoming/outgoing post, web and email in-box messages relating to potential client enquiries
- Liaising with clients at stages step 1, 2 and debt recovery
Client Services Representative- Skills and Experience:
- Excellent verbal, analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent customer service skills with an excellent telephone manner and the ability to communicate clearly and precisely
- Excellent attention to detail ensuring that high standards of quality are consistently maintained
- Ability to work within a team environment and to co-operate with team members thereby building effective working relationships
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Excel, Word and PowerPoint and the ability to learn new systems and processes as required
- Drive and self-determination with the ability to find and implement solutions to problems
- Ability to plan and organise making effective use of time and resources
- Experience in the property sector especially the private rented sector, will be useful but not essential
