SKILLS REQUIRED ·Excellent communication skills over the phone and email ·Good Customer Service background ·IT skills, Microsoft Packages & Emails   ·Organised and efficient ·Keen to learn ·Educated to A-Level or above RESPONSIBILITIES ·Handle inbound calls to provide high-quality customer service and meet client expectations. ·Build client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. ·Manage Field Service workloads, plan for deadlines, and process service requests. ·Use company software for client data collection, billing, and new charging processes. ·Produce performance reports, support new technology, and assist with projects. ·Manage stock levels, adhere to budget targets, and support company initiatives.
