Overview:

Compass Associates is excited to be collaborating alongside a renowned national provider of case management and expert witness services, to recruit a RGN qualified, CQC Registered Manager to join them and support their Case Managers across Essex and the South East.

The organisation provides case management support for adults and children who have complex rehabilitation needs due to backgrounds of catastrophic brain and spinal injuries. Due to their complex backgrounds, clients are referred via solicitors who specialise in clinical negligence and the medico-legal sectors, as they are going through the litigation process.

The Registered Manager will oversee the operational management of the homecare service, focusing on ensuring high quality and compliance standards in the homecare service, leading the office team, and driving service improvement and growth. You will be well-supported by an established Head of Operations in your endeavours.

Location:

This is a hybrid-remote role, where you will work from home 2 days a week, and be office-based 3 days per week. The headquarters is based in Saffron Walden, Essex and is commutable from Cambridge, Bishop’s Stortford, Ely, Newmarket, Thetford, Stowmarket, Ipswich, Sudbury, Colchester, Cambridge, Chelmsford, Harlow, Watford, Luton, Beford and other surrounding towns and villages due to the hybrid nature of the role.

Work Pattern:

Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

Criteria:

- Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualified with Active NMC pin

- Previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager

Interview Process:

This will be a two-stage process, including an informal introductory conversation followed by a formal interview; either / both stages can be conducted virtually.

Salary and Benefits:

This Registered Manager position paying up to £60,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications, and includes an industry-leading benefit package:
