Clinical Deputy Manager - Bright Selection : Job Details

Bright Selection is delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Deputy Manager to join a medium sized nursing home under new ownership and leadership in Warrington.

Our client is seeking a Nurse qualified Deputy manager with a valid NMC PIN, with experience in nursing homes. The home also provides HDU, and rehab services so would suit someone with high clinical skills.

Requirements:

• Active NMC Registration (PIN Number)
• Previous clinical leadership experience, ideally within a nursing home environment
• Sound knowledge of NMC code of Conduct and standards and the revalidation process
• Sound knowledge of the Care Inspectorate Standards

Responsibilities:

• To support the Home Manager in the daily running of the home
• Delivering person centred care for all residents
• Undertake audits
• Carry out staff supervisions and appraisals

Salary:

• Up to £50,000 PA DOE
