MSI Recruitment are offering a unique and exciting opportunity for a seasoned Consultant Psychiatrist with a proven track record in clinical leadership. This dual role involves working 2 days as Clinical Director and 3 days as a Consultant Psychiatrist. Flexible, part-time arrangements will be considered for the right candidate.

You will have the opportunity to join a charity providing specialist mental healthcare for patients with some of the most complex, challenging mental health needs in the UK.

The Role:

As Clinical Director, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering strategic objectives, leading in a Birmingham team towards continued excellence in patient care. You will collaborate with senior leaders to guide service development, while balancing clinical responsibilities in a highly supportive environment.

Who we are looking for?

• An experienced clinical leader with a track record in psychiatric leadership.
• A Consultant Psychiatrist, ideally with CCT in Forensic Psychiatry (though General Adult Consultants are welcome to apply).
• A dedicated professional with a passion for improving care for complex mental health patients.
• Someone with excellent team leadership skills and experience working across multi-disciplinary teams.
